Her classes are more than just sessions, they’re a return to self. Trenice gently unravels what no longer serves, helping her clients embody peace, presence, and self-trust. Whether she’s holding space for mothers-to-be, guiding children through trauma-informed practices, or offering one-on-one somatic support, her energy is warm, grounding, nurturing, and luminous.
Yogina Yoga isn’t just a practice—it’s a homecoming. Let Trenice guide you back to the magic already within, where transformation unfolds, and soulful spaces are created.

Your fairy guide to finding radical soul care
I discovered the healing powers of Yoga when I was going through therapy after a traumatic experience that happened in my workplace and was related to discrimination.
I had never been in contact with Yoga before besides some videos I’ve seen around, but when I was looking for ways to heal my soul from being hurt, angered and deceived by the world around me, something happened.
Linking my body with my breath in these positions that have been handed down from millennia slowly made me connect with the deeper parts of my being. It caused that emotional healing: I was suddenly feeling whole again. I was feeling ready.
The transformation that Yoga gave me was something deep, something that could be defined “spiritual” in the sense that is totally above and beyond the mundane problems of everyday life, a moment of pure peace and joy that can be accessed everyday after a bit of practice.
That was my breakthrough moment and since then I’ve decided that Yoga would remain part of my life forever, a part that I want to share with others.
That’s why I started digging deep into all the uses for Yoga in modern society, learning how such an ancient technique can be adapted for the everyday life and problems of our society.
In the space of 2 years I got two certifications and became a teacher.
I specialized in Yoga for Pregnant Women, Yoga for Trauma Healing, Somatic Yoga Therapy, Kemetic Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
